Vendors are a vibrant part of the Reimagining the Classroom community because they outfit our classrooms and other learning spaces with furnishings and technologies that support high-quality teaching and learning experiences. We welcome the friendship and support of our Vendors and invite everyone to visit the exclusive Vendor Showcase and learn more about these exceptional products and services.
Champaign (Champagne) Vendor Level - $2500
- Admission for up to three people to the Vendor Showcase Cocktail event. This exclusive opportunity brings together UIUC buyers, facilities managers, architects, and others to see and learn about your products. Includes a 10’ x 10’ booth display space in a premium location, wireless service, and easy load access.
- You are also welcome to have three participants attend the day-long Symposium program, including Lunch and Keynote.
- Your Company will be a named Host of the Cocktail Event with ability for a pop-up banner near the food.
- You will also be invited to give a 10-minute overview of your company’s products during the Showcase event.
- Your Company logo will appear on the Symposium website, as well as any other materials throughout the Symposium.
Blue Vendor Level - $1500
- Admission for up to two people to the Vendor Showcase Cocktail event. This exclusive opportunity brings together UIUC buyers, facilities managers, architects, and others to see and learn about your products. Includes a 6’ x 6’ booth display space, wireless service, and easy load access.
- You are also welcome to have two participants attend the day-long Symposium program, including Lunch and Keynote.
- Your Company will be a named Host of the Lunch Hour with ability for a pop-up banner near the food.
- Your Company logo will appear on the Symposium website, as well as any other materials throughout the Symposium.
Orange Vendor Level - $1000
- Admission for one person to the Vendor Showcase Cocktail Event. This exclusive opportunity brings together UIUC buyers, facilities managers, architects, and others to see and learn about your products. Includes a 6’ tabletop display space, wireless service, and easy load access.
- You are also welcome to have one participant attend the day-long Symposium program, including Lunch and Keynote.
- Your Company logo will appear on the Symposium website, as well as any other materials throughout the Symposium.
